Florence Herbed Omelette recipe

- Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 to 2 ounces orange juice
- salt and pepper to taste
- beau monde (dash)
- caraway seed (sprinkle)
- basil, dill. cilantro, and parsley to taste
Instructions:
Beat ingredients for a few minutes. Pour into buttered fry pan and bake, covered, on stove till top is almost firm. Flip omelette and shut off burner. Remove in a minute or two and serve with parsley. Toast, fried potatoes, and bacon or sausage can be served along with omelette for a more hearty breakfast.
