Ingredients
750 g | flour |
1 envelope(s) | baking powder |
1 envelope(s) | yeast ; dried |
2 tsp | salt |
1 tsp | sugar |
150 g | yoghurt, plain |
150 ml | milk, handwarm |
75 ml | oil |
2 | eggs |
some | condensed milk, to coat |
some | sesame, to sprinkle |
Instructions
Mix dry ingredients.
Mix all wet ingredients and mix with the dry ingredients.
Knead about five minutes until it is a nice dough. Leave in a warm place until the dough has doubled. Powder the dough with flour and once more kneat well.
Separate into three parts. Each part should be rolled out to a flat loaf of about 2 cm in height.
Put onto separate baking sheets and brush with condensed milk. Sprinkle with sesame and leave the dough covered until it has visible risen.
Bake at about 200 degrees for about 25 minutes. Let cool and serve.
