Ingredients
500 g | fish fillet |
1 liter(s) | vegetable stock |
300 g | carrots |
300 g | potatoes |
300 g | mushrooms |
2 medium | onions |
4 tbsp | lemon juice |
½ tsp | thyme |
1 | bay leaf |
150 g | crème fraîche |
150 g | shrimps |
some | dill |
Instructions
Cut carrots, potatoes and onions into cubes and boil in vegetable stock together with the spices for 20 minutes. Cut fish into small pieces and drizzle with lemon juice, cut mushrooms into slices and add both to the stock after 10 minutes of cooking time. Reduce heat, add shrimps, the rest of the lemon juice and crème fraîche. Garnish with dill.
