Fish potato gratin recipe details
Ingredients
6 | potatoes |
600 g | salmon |
some | salt |
some | pepper |
some | nutmeg |
some | paprika |
3 clove(s) | garlic, chopped |
2 tbsp | Pesto |
300 ml | milk |
100 ml | whipping cream |
1 | egg |
Instructions
Peel 2-3 potatoes and slice them thinly directly into a greased oven dish. Add some of the chopped garlic and season to taste.Now brush the salmon with the pesto and lay it on top of the potatoes.
Peel and slice the rest of the potatoes and put them on top. Add the rest of the garlic and season again.
Now mix the milk, cream and the egg and pour on top.
Bake at 200°C for 45-60 minutes.
