Fish lasagna recipe details
Ingredients
650 g | fish fillet, sliced |
300 g | mixed seafood, frozen, thawed |
1 | lemon, juiced |
300 g | spring onions, sliced |
3 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
1 tbsp | parsley, chopped |
1 tbsp | basil, chopped |
1 tsp | oregano |
salt and pepper | |
1 tbsp | chives, chopped |
3 tbsp | oil |
300 g | tomatoes, peeled and diced |
500 g | sheets of lasagna |
150 g | freshly grated Parmesan cheese |
60 g | butter |
60 g | flour |
1 l | milk |
Instructions
Sprinkle the fish fillet with lemon juice, salt and pepper.In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the spring onions and the garlic until lucent. Stir in the tomatoes, chives, basil, oregano and parsley. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes. Set aside.
Melt the butter and stir in the flour. Cook for 1-2 minutes or until pale yellow and well combined. Stir in the milk and bring to a boil, stirring constantly with a wire whisk. Season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 190°C.
In a buttered casserole, layer in turn some of the bechamel, sheets of lasagna, tomato sauce, bechamel, fish and seafood, Parmesan cheese, bechamel, sheets of lasagna, tomato sauce and so on. The last layer should be bechamel.
Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake for 30-40 minutes.
