Fish in sesame crust recipe details
Ingredients
400 g | codfish fillet |
salt and pepper | |
2 medium | egg whites |
2 tbsp | cornflour |
80 g | sesame seeds |
3 tbsp | oil |
Instructions
Lengthwise cut the fish fillets into stripes. Season with salt and pepper.In a bowl, whisk the egg whites until almost stiff. Whisk in the cornflour. In another bowl, put the sesame seeds.
Dip the fish stripes first into the egg whites and afterwards into the sesame seeds ant take care they are well coated.
In a pan heat oil and fry the stripes until golden all around.
Serve the fish sticks with tartar sauce, a green salad and fresh white bread.
