Ingredients
850 g | potatoes, peeled and sliced |
salt and pepper | |
2 small | courgettes, sliced |
3 tbsp | oil |
4 sprig(s) | parsley, chopped |
3 sprig(s) | chervil, chopped |
12 | fish fingers, frozen |
175 ml | milk |
1 tbsp | butter |
nutmeg | |
250 g | Hollandaise sauce, homemade or store-bought |
Instructions
Cook the potatoes in salted water until soft. Drain.In a pan heat 1 tablespoon of oil. Stir-fry the courgettes until slightly golden. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from the pan. Add 2 tablespoons of oil and fry the fish fingers until golden and crispy all around.
In a saucepan heat the milk and 1 tablespoon of butter. Mash the potatoes, adding the milk mixture. Season to taste with salt, nutmeg and pepper. Layer the mashed potatoes, courgettes and the fish fingers into a casserole dish. Coat with the Hollandaise sauce.
Bake in the preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
