Serves: 4- 4 tablespoons bacon grease
- 6 tablespoons Kentucky Colonel(R) seasoned flour
- 4 cups milk
- 3 or 4 fried sausage patties, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste

Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 15 mins1. In a medium sauce pan, heat bacon grease over medium heat. Slowly add seasoned flour, stirring to a smooth roux. Slowly add milk, 1 cup at a time, stirring as it thickens. Add sausage and stir to desired thickness. Salt and pepper to taste.
