Ingredients
3 tbsp | crayfish butter, canned, soft |
2 | eggs, separated |
1 cup(s) | crayfish meat, chopped |
1 cup(s) | fish fillet, chopped |
1 cup(s) | bread, soaked in water |
salt and pepper | |
mace | |
instant vegetable stock |
Instructions
Whisk the egg whites until stiff.In a bowl, mix together the crayfish butter, egg yolks, crayfish meat, fish fillet and the squeezed bread until well combined. Fold in the beaten egg white. Season with salt, pepper, mace and instant stock.
Shape the mixture to little balls. Bring salted water to the boil. With a slotted spoon place the fish balls in the water and simmer over low heat for 5-7 minutes.
Serve warm or cold.
