Fish and coconut milk recipe details
Ingredients
450 g | cod, trimmed, cut |
1 tbsp | olive oil |
1 | green chili, deseeded, chopped |
4 tbsp | fish sauce |
4 tbsp | coriander sauce |
4 | spring onions |
juice of 1 lime |
Instructions
Place cod in a bowl and pour over lime juice. Stir well and leave to marinade for 20 minutes.Heat the oil and stir fry fish for 3-4 minutes.
Add the chili, coconut milk, fish sauce, half the coriander and spring onions and sitr fry for anoother 3-4 minutes.
Serve with rice.
