Ingredients
3 | fennel |
olive oil | |
salt and pepper | |
paprika powder | |
2 | eggs, beaten |
flour | |
100 g | freshly grated Parmesan cheese |
Instructions
Cut the fennel into half and boil in salted water until soft. Beat the eggs and season.Turn over the fennel in some flour and then in the beaten eggs. Heat some olive oil in a pan and fry the fennel on both sides until brownish. Add the grated cheese and cover the pan.
The dish is done when the cheese has melted. Serve hot.
