Finnish oven pancake recipe details
Ingredients
600 ml | milk |
250 g | flour |
2 | eggs |
some | salt |
1 tbsp | butter, melted |
1 tbsp | sugar |
butter to grease the baking tray |
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 210°C.In a bowl combine all ingredients and stir until the batter is smooth. Pour the batter into the well greased dripping pan of your oven and bake for 25-30 minutes. Remove from the oven and cut into pieces.
Serve with strawberry jam or cloudberry jam and vanilla ice cream.
