|8 medium||eggs, cooked|
Cut the eggs in half and scoop out the egg yolk. Now mix some egg yolk with mayonnaise and either tomato paste, or pesto, or anchovies or whatever you want to color it.
Fill the mixture into a piping bag and pipe it into the eggs. Decorate with tomatoes or parsley.
