Ingredients
10 | hard boiled eggs, peeled and diced |
1 tbsp | butter |
20 g | flour |
300 ml | milk |
1 pinch(es) | salt |
3 tsp | mustard |
1 tsp | instant vegetable stock |
2 tbsp | parsley, chopped |
ground nutmeg | |
salt and pepper |
Instructions
In a saucepan, melt the butter. Stir in the flour and cook until pale yellow. Stir in the milk with a wire whisk and cook until creamy, stirring constantly. Add the salt, mustard, parsley and the instant stock. Bring to a boil and cook over low heat, stirring frequently, for approximately 10 minutes.Fold in the eggs and season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Serve with boiled potatoes.
