Feta Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breasts recipe

Ingredients
4 | chicken breast fillets |
250 g | Feta cheese, crumbled |
salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
oil | |
paprika powder | |
1 tbsp | parsley, chopped |
1 tbsp | basil, chopped |
1 tbsp | chives, chopped |
Instructions
Lengthwise slice pockets into the chicken breast fillets. Season the pocket inside with pepper and paprika powder.
In a small bowl, mix together the cheese, parsley, chives and the basil. Season with pepper. Stuff the pockets with the Feta mixture. Close and tighten with toothpicks. Brush the fillets with oil and season the outside with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
Grill the chicken breast fillets until golden and crispy all around.
Serve with fresh salad.
