250 g Cheddar cheese, grated
200 g pecans, chopped
6  green onions, chopped
2 tbsp parsley, chopped
250 g cream cheese
1 tsp mayonnaise

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Cover and let stand in refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
