Feta and green bean salad recipe details
Ingredients
450 g | whole green beans, topped and tailed |
150 g | Feta cheese |
1 clove(s) | garlic, crushed |
60 ml | olive oil |
2 tbsp | balsamic vinegar |
salt and pepper to taste |
Instructions
Blanch the green beans in boiling water for about 6 minutes. They should be crunchy and soft at the same time. Remove from heat and run them under cold water.Once cool, place the beans in a salad bowl and crumble in the feta cheese. Add the garlic and drizzle in the vinegar and oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and serve still warm or cold.
