Ingredients
40 g | butter |
220 ml | spring onion, finely chopped |
35 ml | fennel, chopped |
60 ml | cream |
1 tsp | cornflour |
125 ml | fish stock |
salt and pepper to taste |
Instructions
Melt butter in a small saucepan, add fennel and spring onions and cook over low heat until soft. Blend cornflour into the cream and add to the saucepan together with the fish stock. Cook briskly, stirring until the sauce thickens slightly. Season with salt and pepper.Preparation time:
