Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°C.Add fennel and garlic to bacon drippings in skillet. Cook over medium heat until fennel is tender and begins to brown.
Remove from heat and add mayonnaise, sour cream, blue cheese, bacon, and peppercorns to fennel; mix well. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake, uncovered, 15 minutes, or until just heated through. Be careful not to overbake.
