Instructions
Cut bacon in strips, halve the size of a little finger, spread them with mustard and sprinkle with brown sugar.Place the bacon strips on a broiler pan and bake in the preheated oven at 175°C/350°F 15-20 minutes or until crisp. Arrange them on a plate and spike each with a toothpick.
