Fennel and Papaya Salad with Smoked Salmon recipe
Ingredients
1 small | fennel bulb, sliced |
½ | papaya, sliced |
1 | spring onion, sliced |
2 slice(s) | smoked salmon |
1 sprig(s) | dill, chopped |
1 tsp | white wine vinegar |
1 tsp | orange juice |
1 tbsp | oil |
salt and freshly ground black pepper |
Instructions
Place the fennel, spring onion, papaya and dill into a bowl.
In a small bowl whisk the vinegar with orange juice and the oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well. Decorate with the salmon and serve with fresh baguette.
