Papaya dessert recipe details
Ingredients
2 | papayas, peeled, seeded |
400 ml | condensed milk, sweetened |
400 ml | milk |
240 ml | whipping cream |
6 sheet(s) | gelatin |
60 ml | water |
liqueur, Crème de cassis |
Instructions
Dissolve the gelatin in the water.Place the remaining ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until well combined and creamy. Stir in the gelatin and process again for another minute.
To serve, pour 2 tablespoons cream of cassis in individual glass bowls. Top with the papaya cream. Chill until firm.
