Fatad with smoked salmon details
- Ingredients:
- 9 eggs
- 15 ounces ricotta cheese
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 1/4 pound smoked salmon, sliced thin
- 1/4 pound mozzarella, grated and divided
- 2 teaspoons fresh oregano
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a bowl, combine eggs and ricotta cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Pour 1/3 of egg mixture into a greased glass casserole dish. Layer with salmon and half the cheese, then top with remaining egg mixture. Cover with remaining cheese and sprinkle with oregano. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until skewer inserted in center comes out clean.
