Farfalle with peas and smoked salmon recipe details
Ingredients
300 g | pasta, e.g. Farfalle |
300 g | frozen peas |
100 g | smoked salmon, slized |
1 large can(s) | corn |
200 g | single cream |
salt and pepper | |
freshly ground nutmeg |
Instructions
Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Cook the frozen peas in a saucepan with 100 ml water over medium heat for 2 minutes.Drain the corn, the pasta and the peas and transfer the lot into the saucepan. Stir in the cream and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Cook over low heat until slightly thickened, then fold in the salmon and serve immediately.
