Ingredients
Serves: 6- 2 cups shucked oysters, drained
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- 1 pound sliced bacon, or as needed
Preparation method
Prep: 20 mins | Cook: 12 mins1. Season oysters with parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika.
2. Cut bacon slices in half crosswise. Wrap each oyster with a piece of bacon, securing with toothpicks. Set on a broiler pan.
3. Preheat broiler to High.
4. Broil oysters 4 inches from the flame for about 8 minutes, until bacon is crowned. Then flip and cook for another 4 minutes to brown the other side. Serve.
