Escalopes of turkey breast with mushroom sauce recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | escalopes of turkey breast |
400 g | mushrooms, sliced |
2 | onions, chopped |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
200 g | Crème fraîche |
1 tbsp | parsley, chopped |
1 tsp | Tabasco sauce |
3 tbsp | olive oil |
salt and pepper |
Instructions
In a saucepan, heat the oil. Add the turkey escalopes and fry over high heat from both sides for 2-3 minutes. Remove the meat and set aside.Place into the pan the mushrooms, onions and garlic and cook over medium heat for 5-10 minutes. Stir in the crème fraîche and season to taste with salt, pepper and Tabasco sauce. Return the escalopes together with their developed juice, stir slightly, cover and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Serve sprinkled with parsley.
