Delicious and light appetizer, using English muffins topped with an imitation crab meat spread.

Ingredients
Serves: 12- 1 stick butter
- 1 jar Kraft(R) Old English cheese spread
- 1 can crab meat – flaked
- 1 tablespoon mayo
- dash garlic powder
- dash oregano
- 1 package English muffins
Preparation method
Prep: 20 mins | Cook: 10 mins1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2. Melt butter in sauce pan, then add cheese and mayo. melt it all together. stir well. Add flaked crab meat and remove from heat. Add garlic powder and oregano to taste and let cool for approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
3. Cut English muffins in half. spread on cut English muffins.
4. Bake for 10 to 15 min. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 2-3 minutes. Cut the English muffin halves into quarters/wedges.
