- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 stick butter (1/2 cup)
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2-1/2 cups blueberries
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Sift together dry ingredients and set aside. Cream together butter and sugar; beat eggs, vanilla, and lemon extract into creamed mixture. Add dry ingredients to the mixture alternately with the milk. Fold in blueberries. Spoon mixture into greased muffin tins. Bake for 30 minutes. Cool 15 minutes before removing.
