Elegant crab quiche recipe details
- Ingredients
- 6-1/2 ounces crabmeat
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 5 large eggs
- 1-1/4 cups milk or half & half cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- One 9-inch unbaked pie shell
Sprinkle cheese into pie shell. Beat eggs, mix with milk and seasoning, and pour over cheese. Sprinkle crabmeat over pie. Bake at 375 degrees until firm and knife inserted in center comes out clean. Optional:add asparagus or fresh spinach.
