Ingredients
1 dozen eggs
1/2 pound Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1/2 pound hot pepper cheese, shredded
2 cups cottage cheese
1/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 stick butter, melted
Instructions:

Mix above ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into 10-ounce souffle or casserole dishes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes until eggs are set and top is light brown.
