- 1 dozen eggs
- 1/2 pound Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1/2 pound hot pepper cheese, shredded
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 stick butter, melted
