Eggs albemarle recipe details
- Ingredients
- 4 eggs, beaten
- Water
- 1 heaping teaspoon French onion dip
- 1 Tablespoon fresh chopped dill
- Dash of pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped zucchini
- Feta cheese for garnish
- Plum tomato for garnish

Microwave zucchini for about 3 minutes. Combine eggs with a little water, French onion dip, dill, and pepper. Cook in saute pan. When cooked halfway, add zucchini. Stir until blended and serve. Garnish with a sprinkle of crumbled feta cheese and tomato.
