100 g | rice, cooked |
1 | egg |
6 tbsp | flour |
salt and pepper | |
chili | |
1 | onion, chopped |
50 g | blue cheese, crumbled |
oil for frying |
Instructions
Cut the eggplants into big chunks and boil in salted water until soft. Drain and squeeze out the water.Mix with all other ingredients. Fry batches in hot oil until brown all around.
