Egg Sausage Casserole recipe

- 6 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 slices day-old bread, cubed
- 1 pound cooked sausage, drained and crumbled
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Mix all ingredients except cheese. Let stand overnight in refrigerator in 9 x 12-inch casserole. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
