2  boiled egg yolks
1 tsp mustard
1 pinch(es) sugar
1 tbsp vinegar
3 tbsp oil
salt and pepper

Instructions

Mash the egg yolks with a fork. Mix in the vinegar, oil and mustard and stir until well combined. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar.
