Ingredients
2 | eggs |
125 g | butter, soft |
125 g | sugar |
125 g | flour |
½ pack(s) | baking powder |
125 ml | egg liqueur |
1 tbsp | chocolate flakes |
75 g | dark chocolate icing |
75 g | white chocolate icing |
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180° C.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with sugar and butter until creamy. Sift in the flour and the baking powder. Add the liqueur and the chocolate flakes and stir until well combined.
Pour the batter into buttered muffin cups. Bake for 20 minutes.
Spread the muffins with the dark chocolate icing and garnish with the white icing.
