Ingredients
4 medium | eggs |
3 tbsp | cream cheese |
1 small | onion, chopped |
2 tbsp | cooked ham, diced |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°C.Cook eggs until hard, about 10-12 minutes. Cool in cold water. Remove from water and peel. Cut in half lengthwise and remove yolks.
In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, onion and ham. Mix until well blended. Spoon mixture into eggs.
Place eggs in a small baking dish and bake for 4-5 minutes. Serve warm.
