Egg and bread breakfast recipe details
- Ingredients:
- 12 slices bread (diced or torn into small pieces)
- One 1/4 pound shredded Colby and/or Swiss cheese
- 2 cups milk
- 6 eggs
- Salt, pepper & paprika to taste
- 1 cup diced ham and/or green onions (optional)
- 1 stick butter
Mix bread and cheese together in a casserole dish (sprayed with cooking oil). Mix remaining ingredients (except butter) and pour over bread mixture. Refrigerate overnight. Melt 1 stick butter and pour over mixture. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
