Ingredients

450 g toast or soft white bread, cubed
1 pack(s) cream cheese
100 g apple, peeled and cubed
8 medium eggs
300 ml single cream
7 tbsp butter, softened
50 ml maple syrup
5 tbsp raisins
100 g pear, peeled and cubed
4 tbsp honey
1 tsp cinnamon
60 ml milk

Instructions

In a greased and floured baking pan place half of the bread cubes. Divide the cream cheese evenly over the bread cubes. Cover with the apples, pears and raisins. Add the remaining bread cubes.

In a bowl, mix together the eggs, single cream, milk, butter, honey, cinnamon and maple syrup. Stir well. Pour the egg mixture into the baking pan. Cover and allow to steep in the refrigerator for 5 hours.

Uncover and bake in the preheated oven at 170° for 40-50 minutes.
