Breadpudding recipe details
Ingredients
450 g | toast or soft white bread, cubed |
1 pack(s) | cream cheese |
100 g | apple, peeled and cubed |
8 medium | eggs |
300 ml | single cream |
7 tbsp | butter, softened |
50 ml | maple syrup |
5 tbsp | raisins |
100 g | pear, peeled and cubed |
4 tbsp | honey |
1 tsp | cinnamon |
60 ml | milk |
Instructions
In a greased and floured baking pan place half of the bread cubes. Divide the cream cheese evenly over the bread cubes. Cover with the apples, pears and raisins. Add the remaining bread cubes.In a bowl, mix together the eggs, single cream, milk, butter, honey, cinnamon and maple syrup. Stir well. Pour the egg mixture into the baking pan. Cover and allow to steep in the refrigerator for 5 hours.
Uncover and bake in the preheated oven at 170° for 40-50 minutes.
