Ingredients
600 ml | double cream or whipping cream |
120 g | almonds, chopped |
20 small | Ratafia biscuits, crushed, |
2 tbsp | caster sugar |
6 tbsp | Scotch whisky |
10 drop(s) | vanilla essence |
Instructions
See database for homemade Ratafia biscuits.In a bowl whip the cream until stiff. Then add the sugar, the whisky and vanilla essence. Stir well.
Add the biscuits and almonds and stir again. Chill before serving.
