Ingredients

600 ml double cream or whipping cream
120 g almonds, chopped
20 small Ratafia biscuits, crushed,
2 tbsp caster sugar
6 tbsp Scotch whisky
10 drop(s) vanilla essence

Instructions

See database for homemade Ratafia biscuits.

In a bowl whip the cream until stiff. Then add the sugar, the whisky and vanilla essence. Stir well.

Add the biscuits and almonds and stir again. Chill before serving.
