Easy two ingredient pulled pork recipe details
Use a slow cooker to make these great sandwiches using just a pork loin and your favorite BBQ sauce. Easy!

Ingredients
Serves: 8- 1 (2 1/2 pound) boneless pork loin roast
- 1 (19 ounce) bottle Dinosaur BBQ Slathering Sauce or your favorite bbq sauce
- 8 large soft sandwich rolls, split
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 8 hours1. Place the pork loin into the Crockpot with just enough water to cover the bottom. Cook on Low until the pork is very tender, about 7 hours.
2. Remove the roast to a bowl, and shred using two forks. Return the pork to the Crockpot, and stir in the barbeque sauce. With the Crockpot still on Low, let the pork reheat for 45 minutes to an hour.
3. Split sandwich rolls, and spoon a generous amount of pork onto one roll and top with the other roll, adding more sauce if desired.
