Ingredients

Serves: 6

• 1 1/2 pounds ground turkey
• 2 onions, chopped
• 1 green bell pepper, chopped
• 1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes, chopped
• 1 (15 ounce) can chili beans, undrained
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 2 teaspoons chili powder
• Salt and pepper
• 6 baked potatoes

Preparation method

Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 30 mins

1. Place turkey, onions, and bell pepper in a large skillet. Cook over medium high heat until turkey is cooked thoroughly, about 10 minutes.
2. Add remaining ingredients except potatoes, and bring to a boil. Simmer over low heat for 20 minutes. Serve spooned over baked potatoes, a little over 1 cup of chili per potato.
