Ingredients
Serves: 4- 4 (1/2 inch thick) boneless pork chops
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 lime, cut in half
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 10 mins1. Preheat grill to medium-high and lightly oil grate.
2. Coat pork chops with olive oil, then rub with chili powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
3. Grill pork chops for about 8 minutes, flipping once midway through cooking time, until pork reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F. Remove from grill and let stand.
4. Place lime halves, cut side down, on the grill. Cook for about 2 minutes to char, then squeeze over pork chops. Serve with rice.
