Ingredients

130 g	sugar
90 ml	water
2 tbsp	corn syrup
2 medium	eggs, whites only
30 g	powdered sugar
1 tsp	vanilla extract

Instructions

Combine sugar, water and corn syrup in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until clear.

Beat egg whites until soft peaks form; continue to beat, slowly adding syrup mixture.

Add powdered sugar and vanilla and continue beating until frosting is thick enough to spread.
