Ingredients
Serves: 4- 4 (6 ounce) boneless pork loin chops
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 10 mins1. Brush pork chops with lemon juice, then season with parsley, mustard, garlic, lemon zest, rosemary, and salt.
2. Preheat broiler to high and lightly coat a broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray.
3. Set pork chops on broiler pan. Broil for about 10 minutes, flipping once, until pork chops reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees F. Serve.
