Easy country breakfast scramble recipe details
All your breakfast favorites cooked in one skillet. If you’re the type of person who likes to mash up your eggs, sausage and potatoes, there’s no need–this recipe does it for you.

Ingredients
Serves: 4- 6 ounces bulk pork sausage
- 1 1/2 cups frozen cubed hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 6 eggs
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 20 mins1. Crack eggs into a medium bowl. Add milk, parsley and salt, and stir to combine. Set aside.
2. Cook sausage in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking up into smaller pieces as it cooks, until meat is no longer pink. Remove from skillet with a slotted spoon. Drain on paper towels.
3. Add hash browns and onion to the hot skillet. Cook over medium heat until potatoes are soft and heated through, then add the sausage back into the skillet.
4. Pour the eggs mixture into the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, or until set, breaking up into smaller pieces as the eggs set. Top with shredded cheese and serve.
