Easy cod and broccoli skillet recipe details
Ingredients1. Fresh frozen cod fillets (1pkg.about 12 oz)
2. frozen chopped broccoli (1pkg. about 10 oz)
3. cooked chow mien noodles (1/2 c)
4. dash of pepper
5. salt (1/2tsp)
6. chopped pimientos (2tbsp)
7. lemon juice (1tsp)
8. vermouth or other white wine (2tbsp)
9. condensed cream of mushroom soup (1can about 10 ¾ oz)
Method of preparation
1. Take frozen broccoli, wash it under tap water to separate it and drain it. Take a skillet of 10 inch, mix lemon juice, wine and mushroom soup in it.
2. Place skillet over heat and keep it to boil by stirring regularly. Then add pimientos, frozen fillets, broccoli, pepper and salt in it. Cover the skillet and keep it to simmer for about 15 minutes until the fish gets flake easily with fork.
3. When the fish gets cooked then takes off the skillet from heat and places the fish over the noodles in the serving dish and then serve it.
