Easy chicken and dumplings in the toaster oven recipe details
You know that pot pie in the TV dinner? This is much better, and takes about as long to make. Grab a few ingredients and put that toaster oven to work, sir.
Ready in: 1 hour 10 mins
Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1 1/2 cups of uncooked chicken, cut into 1/2 inch pieces or smaller
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 soup can of water
- 1/2 onion, finely diced
- 1 package large refrigerated biscuit dough, cut into chunks
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 1 hour1. Preheat toaster oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a round cake pan, combine everything but the biscuit dough. Then arrange the biscuit dough on top of the casserole and cover with foil.
3. Bake for 45 minutes, then remove foil and bake uncovered for 15 minutes more.
