Easter fruit salad recipe details
Ingredients
450 g | mixed fruit, canned, juices reserved |
1 packet(s) | lemon Jello |
230 g | cream cheese |
200 ml | whipping cream |
4 large | marshmallows |
30 g | nuts, chopped |
Instructions
Drain the fruit.Heat the fruit juice with the Jello. Add cream cheese and marshmallows and stir to combine. Cool mixture.
When cream cheese mixture starts to set, add to fruit. Refrigerate until thickened, about 30 minutes.
Beat whipping cream and fold in. To serve, garnish with chopped nuts.
