I got this one from my brother-in-law and there’s only two ingredients (besides the ribs, obviously). Almost toooo easy.
Ready in: 4 hours 5 mins

Ingredients

Serves: 2
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 (12 ounce) bottle BBQ sauce
  • 2 pounds pork ribs

Preparation method

Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 4 hours

1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Place ribs in a 13×9-inch baking dish.
2. Whisk together orange juice (fresh is best) and BBQ sauce (your choice).
3. Pour sauce over ribs, coating entirely, (non-stick helps with the clean-up)
4. Cover TIGHTLY with foil.
5. Bake THREE HOURS….NO PEEKING!
6. REMOVE FOIL and increase temperature to 350 degrees.
7. Bake for ONE more hour, turning at 30 minutes.
8. Done!
