Ingredients
Serves: 9- 1 (3 pound) boneless whole pork loin roast
- 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa
- 1 (16 ounce) can kidney beans, undrained
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 1 hour 15 mins1. Preheat grill to Low and line a Dutch oven with foil.
2. Place pork in Dutch oven and cover with salsa, beans, and salt and pepper to taste. Cover, then grill with lid closed for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours until pork has reached an internal temperature of 160 degrees F.
